Sam Sharma Designs explores homes with a distinct identity, including neoclassical French manors and contemporary residences. These concepts consider the relationship between a home’s architectural character, its interior spaces, and the setting around it.
A classical estate and a modern residence can take very different forms while sharing a sense of proportion, arrival, and connection to their surroundings.
Container homes offer another way to think about residential space. Sam Sharma Designs includes container architecture in its design explorations alongside more traditional estate concepts.
Modular forms bring questions of layout, light, and the relationships between rooms into focus. They are part of the studio’s interest in different ways of imagining home.
Interior conceptualization brings the perspective closer to everyday life. The studio’s focus includes the spaces within a home as well as its overall architectural expression: material palettes, spatial flow, lighting, and finishes.
In the Modern Mediterranean Retreat, warm wood and expansive glazing set the tone at the entrance, connecting the material palette with light and the surrounding landscape.
The setting around a home is part of its character. Landscape and exterior planning sit alongside architectural and interior concepts, connecting the residence with the spaces beyond its walls.
Courtyards, gardens, and approaches help frame that experience, from the first arrival to the views from inside.
